Health Canada's Safety Code 6 for Limits of Human Exposure to RF EMFs uses the same science standards as the FCC and other governing bodies. Causation and Biological Plausibility linking RF EMFs was admitted to be missing in Safety Code 6.

Causation has been found and reported; meter fires are real and governments allowing utilities to bypass regulatory process has allowed FortisBC to make a man made microwave oven covering 17,000 sq. kms or 6564 sq. miles.

The information at the link is a legal precedent. The cross examination of FortisBC's experts under oath for the BC Utilities Commission are transcripts for the BC Government. FortisBC experts admitted critical science was missing in their Risk Assessment Report. Dr. Bailey admitted EMFs triggered nerves and that the nervous, hormonal and immune systems work together.

Causation linking RF EMFs to adverse health effects is an electrical mechanism first requiring a qualified electrical opinion first. Bennett qualifies why some are more sensitive but all are impacted.

Police should be arresting installers of smart meters. The installer have no right or authority to work on the meter base. The meter is usually the utility's equipment but the meter is attached to the Building Owner's Meter Base. That is separate of the assault from the RF EMFs of the smart meter.

FortisBC's Mark Warren confirms blanket radiation of 17,000 sq. kms and not consulting municipalities. If there is blanket coverage of cities, an opt out means nothing. People that opt out will still be inside the man made microwave oven.
